We often place items which are on high demand, on pre-order, which means you pay for the item in full and we'll order that garment/size especially for you.

Pre-orders are just like a normal order, however we don't ship the order until it arrives to us within the estimated delivery timeframe.

If you wish to order more items with your preorder, they will arrive with the preorder. For items you want to receive straight away, please order separately.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via Australia Post. 

Standard Shipping: In accordance with our carrier - Australia Post

Express Shipping: In accordance with our carrier - Australia Post

Orders are sent out on our working days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Orders that are received before 1pm AEST* on working days are sent that day. We aim to have your order to you within 2 working days – this can be quicker if you live in VIC or a capital city and it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.

Australia Post Express Post Service – guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.

We do not ship to the USA or Canada at the moment.

DUTIES AND TAXES

For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.

Please note that All international online returns for change of mind will be at the customer's expense.

DAMAGE OR LOSS

Damage or loss in transit is rare, however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please email us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact either Australia Post with your tracking number.
